Congratulations Azizah! Would you please hand up a corrected bound copy to my pigeonhole or the School Office? You have now finished the DPsych(Clinical) and are entitled to use the courtesy title “Dr”.I am sure that you will represent the profession of psychology well in Malaysia and elsewhere.

Hi Jacques,

I have viewed and approved Azizah’s final revisions and corrections today. She has gone now to rebind the final copies.With this accomplished I believe she is eligible to have the final pass grade of NGP.I hope this is sufficient for her to be ‘ signed off’ by July 17th as I am out of the country as of tomorrow morning for about 10 days.I will be in email contact if you need me so that we can ensure that I have done all that is necessary to allow Azizah to graduate.

Adik yang rindu Kak Zah

Salam,

Last Saturday adek bangun pagi terus mandi (selalunya susah sgt nak mandi pagi) and ajak pergi ambik K Jah & K Lin bawa dtg rumah sini. Then kita tanya … cik ton, ust wan and Iyas nak bawa jugak ke…. Dia ckp tak payah. Kak Jah & K ak Lin je….So kita pun malas nak argue and kebetulan mmg nak keluar pun… so I said OK jom….. Rupanya dia lagi smart… dia naik ke bilik nak ambik PASSPORT!!!!!!!!!!!!. Aduhhhhh tension.Lepas tu apa lagi menagisla bila kita ckp.. bukan nak pegi skrg…. Then dia nak talipon K zah.... kebetulan phone tak de batt. Abah pun dah takut nak mention anything related to Adelaide .....Nanti Kak Zah balik kena dating overnight kat Bangi………………………..

One of the Examiners for DPsych of Azizah has responded favourably. She recommends acceptance after some minor corrections.I shall put it in your pigeonhole.We are now awaiting the second examiner’s recommendation and comments. I suggest that Azizah waits until these have come in too and then set to work ASAP to make agreed changes.

...feeling sick

i was appointed as a chair-person for the clinical and counseling presentation session in Berlin - which I decided not to attend unfortunately

i am struggling to polish my last 3 sections for Chapter 2

i feel sick about that particular proximity and dependency

i get fed-up of being the second forbidden person

with this type of mood i feel like staying in bed for hours and getting up only to hope that time is not moving

plenty reasons to keep smiling

1. I finally sent Chapter 3 and 4 to Phil for editing
2. My paper with Prof. Ashiq is accepted for publication in a conference proceeding (with minor additional review required)
3. I've been working on the review the whole day and it is now ready to be submitted
4. Phil sent back his work, and wow it does not cost me much
5. I start reading Sarah's comments for Chapter 5
6. I have decided some dates for the GOR trip
7. I got preliminary grade for group counseling - its a Distinction!
8. I talk and write to my dear friends
9. I had one examiner agreed to read my thesis within the time frame
10. I asked Prof. Ashiq if he would consider replacing me in Berlin
